  2. Engineering student forum in which, from his own experience, they provide elements for innovation.
  3. Engineering deans meeting to reflect on the impact of the administration in the innovation process.

These five opportunities to participate will EIEI ACOFI of 2016, an event of great importance to engineering education.

Papers on engineering education

As has been translated, the EIEI ACOFI 2016, will present the experiences of teachers and students through innovative classroom experiences in the fields of the themes proposed.

Themes

  • Process teaching – learning
  • curriculum development
  • Evaluation of classroom teaching
  • Quality and accreditation

Methodology

Entries will be exhibited only in oral form, at specified times. According to the corresponding thematic axis papers will be organized into groups of 4 and will be exposed during the parallel sessions concluded with a discussion among the exhibitors within the time available.

The best papers selected by the evaluators, are the winners of the 2016 Awards ACOFI.

Directed to

  • Administrators, teachers, students and administrative staff of the faculties, schools or engineering programs.
  • Research groups, work or extension faculties, schools or engineering programs.
  • Business representatives and government who have developed papers related to themes.

How to send your abstract

  • Prepare your abstract (maximum length is 500 words)
  • After February 1, 2016, access the website acofipapers.org
  • Register in the system if not yet have access to it
  • Copy and paste the text of the abstract in the appropriate box (no need to attach any document / file at this stage)
  • It is very important that all authors of the paper remain enrolled in this first stage, the system gives the option to add as many authors as needed

* It is recommended that this process is performed by the main author of the paper, as the initiator of the process is the only contact between ACOFI and paper to present.
