Its historic center known as the Stone Corral, its streets, houses and balconies are proof of the Republican and baroque architecture of a Spanish villa colonial times. - The international airport of Cartagena de Indias is one of the most important in Colombia, for tourist traffic. It has international flights from America and Europe. Around 2.19 million passengers passed in 2012.
- The airport is located within the urban area of Cartagena de Indias north of the downtown district, in the neighborhood of Crespo. Buses, minibuses and taxis connect the airport to the different urban areas of the city of Cartagena de Indias. The taxi service operates 24 hours, while the bus from 06:50 to 23:45 hours.
